In 2006 Bella’s dream came true. She started her own practice, Bella Physical Therapy, P.C., a professional corporation that continues to grow and thrive in Fair Lawn, NJ. As a practice owner, Bella continued to provide Orthopedic & Sports, cardiopulmonary, Chronic Pain and Neurological Rehab for her clients. Realizing the needs of a local community, Bella also established some unique physical therapy specialties, such as TMJ, Headache and Tinnitus treatment, as well as Vestibular Rehab. Bella’s latest passion is Women’s and Men’s Health and Pediatric Pelvic Floor management.
Over the years, Bella has built a team of specialized clinicians who share Bella’s philosophy to provide innovative care in all areas of physical therapy.
In order to stay current in the newest research and treatment methods, Bella has been attending numerous continuing education courses, seminars, and professional gatherings all throughout her carrier.

Marvin P. Galarosa graduated from DeLaSalle University’s Physical Therapy Program in 2000.
Marvin earned two professional certifications:
Marvin speaks English and Tagalog.
In his free time Marvin enjoys golfing, bike riding, and spending time with his family.
What I like about Bella Physical Therapy is that it is more of a community private practice. It is more personal because we schedule one hour per visit. In the process, we get to know the patient and have more time for problem solving, so we can come up with and execute a personalized plan for each patient.

Isha received her Bachelor’s (200-2005) and Masters (2006-2008) in Physical Therapy Degree in India. After graduation, Isha worked in outpatient orthopedic clinic in New Delhi, India serving patients with various musculoskeletal, neuro dysfunction and chronic pain conditions. Isha's passion for restoring functional efficiency and commitment to providing the highest quality care for her patients led her to move to US for continuing education. During her professional career in US, she received extensive experience in management of Musculoskeletal, Neuro, Post-op, Cardiothoracic conditions in Geriatric population. Not being contended with her 13 years of experience, she decided to further enhance her manual skills and is pursuing training with the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) to become a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). While still pursuing her journey with IPA, she decided to move to California to pursue enhanced training in PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) for 6 months and successfully completed Level 4 certification in PNF. This unique training enables Isha to look at the whole patient—their mechanical capacity, neuromuscular function and motor control that influence efficient posture and movement. It also provides Isha, an efficient means for evaluating and treating structural dysfunctions ( including myofascial and articular hyper- and hypomobilities that affect the body's capacity to assume and perform optimal postures and motions and often are associated with symptoms) and neuromuscular dysfunctions (that include inability to coordinate and efficiently perform purposeful movements cause repetitive, abnormal, and stressful usage of the articular and myofascial system, often precipitating structural dysfunctions and symptoms).
Isha is also pursuing pelvic floor course work through Herman and Wallace Institute. Her interest in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation was sparked when working with specialists who integrated pelvic health with other body systems. She quickly realized that addressing the pelvic floor is an integral component and can be the missing link to achieving optimal functional performance.
When she is not working with her patients, Isha enjoys cooking, engages in physical fitness, enjoys doing cross fit training and participates in annual New York 5 Boro Bike tour.

She has experience treating patients with pelvic floor, orthopedic, and neurological dysfunctions. Ula is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Women’s Health Section of the APTA. Ula speaks English and Polish.
